Preparation includes 2 tablespoons of sugar mixed with 10 tablespoons of water, and to it, 2 tablespoons of lemon are added. The solution can be stirred well and applied to the face every alternate day. The results of the process can be seen in 2 -3 weeks.
Sugar lemon honey mixture:
Sugar mixed with water, honey, and lemon is an excellent solution that can help to stop hair growth on face. The solution is like a wax and is slightly painful similarly to the wax creams used for pulling out the hairs.
Sugar mixed with molasses or the corn syrup can be combined to prepare a homemade wax. Molasses also contains magnesium which also helps in the hormonal balance of the body. The solution helps in removal of hairs as well as assists in adjusting the hormonal balance
Lentils and potatoes:

Alum rosewater Treatment:

Papaya mixed with turmeric:
Papaya can be combined with turmeric to form a paste. This paste can be applied to the area where you want hair removal. The paste can be left for 15-20 mins and then can be removed.
Papaya mixed with Aloe Vera:
Papaya can also be used along with Aloe vera, turmeric, mustard oil and essential oil. All these ingredients can be mixed well to form a paste and left to dry for some time. After 15-20 minutes, the paste can be removed using a cloth and water.
Turmeric apart from its antibacterial property is also useful for preventing hair growth. Turmeric can be soaked in rose water, milk or plain water for some time and can be applied to the face to stop hair growth on face. This can be left for 15-20 mins and removed after that.
This is one of the traditional remedies that is used by mothers to remove unwanted hairs from their baby’s body. Chickpea can be mixed with turmeric, water or milk to form a paste and can be applied on the body parts to remove unwanted hairs.
Safflower oil – Thanaka powder:
Thanaka is a tree whose bark can be used for hair removal. The bark of the tree can be powdered and mixed with an adequate quantity of safflower oil to form a paste. The paste can be applied to the skin. It helps in removal of the hairs as well stop hair growth on face. It is very beneficial in making the skin smooth and clean.
Onion and Basil:
Onion also helps in cleaning the skin as well as removal of hairs. The transparent membranes on the inner side of the onion can be used for hair removal. Onion membranes should be crushed with 10-12 basil leaves to form a paste. This onion and basil paste can be applied on the affected area to remove the unwanted hairs.
Mixture of camphor and white paper along with almond oil can be used to make a paste and then applied on the affected area. The mixture causes a burning sensation, so this should not be used over sensitive areas like facial skin. This is good to apply on legs.
